However, if your order has large quantities or many SKUs, it may require more time and potentially additional man-days.

Yes! Here’s a typical timeline:

• 📅 3 days before: Quotation and date/address request sent to the supplier
• ✅ 2 days before: Once quote is confirmed, we finalize the scope, checklist, and sampling plan
• 🔍 Inspection Day: Inspection is conducted and the report is finalized
• 📤 Same Day: Report is sent via our booking system

  (If there are many findings or the location is remote, the report may be sent the next morning before noon)

🕒 Same day as the inspection — unless:

• There are many findings to summarize, or
• The inspection is in a very remote area
  In those cases, the report will be sent the next day before noon.
