Product Inspections
We perform on-site inspections at the factory before, during, or after production to verify product quality, packaging, labeling, and compliance with your specifications. Our inspections follow AQL standards and are customized for your product type.
Inspection services include:
- Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
- During Production Inspection (DPI)
- Final Random Inspection (FRI)
- Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
- Re-inspection and Product Sorting

- Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Pakistan

- Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Greece)
Whether you are an established importer or a fast-growing eCommerce brand, QCADVISOR helps you protect your business from quality risks and supplier issues—before your goods leave the factory.
Where is your company headquartered, and do you have offices in other locations?
Our company is headquartered in Hong Kong. We have branches in China and India with supervisors and managers present all over the main cities.
How long has your company been in business?
In 2018, we started as a one-man consulting firm.
Today, we’ve grown to a team of inspectors that cover major Asian Industrial Hubs.
Our primary objective is to help our clients prevent defects, rather than merely identifying them.
We remain committed to providing our clients with personalized services tailored to their needs, distinguishing ourselves from the generic inspection services that dominate the industry.
Are you certified or accredited (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17020)?
QCADVISOR is not currently ISO-certified (e.g., ISO 9001 or ISO 17020), by choice. Our company was built on a foundation of operational rigor, field expertise, and client trust—developed through thousands of inspections and audits conducted across Asia and other key sourcing regions.
While we recognize the value of formal certifications in certain corporate environments, we prioritize hands-on quality control, real-world problem solving, and a highly personalized service model over standardized documentation. Many certifications, including ISO 9001 and 17020, focus heavily on process formalization. However, in the third-party inspection space, actual field performance, responsiveness, and client satisfaction are often far more indicative of reliability and quality.
That said, we are committed to the same principles these standards promote—such as traceability, impartiality, and continuous improvement—and we regularly benchmark our processes to stay aligned with international best practices. If required, we can also adapt our reporting and audit processes to fit the internal compliance frameworks of ISO-certified partners or clients.
What industries do you specialize in?

We combine corporate-level discipline with startup-level responsiveness—because quality control should be rigorous, but never rigid.
What Makes QCADVISOR Different from Other Quality Control Providers?
At QCADVISOR, we go beyond traditional third-party inspections. While most QC companies focus solely on identifying defects after they’ve occurred, we take a pro-active, risk-based approach to help you prevent quality issues before they happen.
Our key differentiators:
Proactive Quality Assurance
We don’t just report problems—we analyze root causes, production risks, and supplier performance to help you avoid costly mistakes, rework, and delays. Our goal is not just defect detection but defect prevention.
Local Presence Across Asia
With a strong operational network in China, Vietnam, India, and other sourcing hubs, we provide on-the-ground expertise—including supplier verification, factory audits, and product inspections—with local agility and regional insight.
Smart Use of Technology
We combine field experience with digital tools to ensure transparency, consistency, and speed. From real-time updates and photo-rich reports to data-driven insights, our tech-enabled process gives you full control—wherever you are.
Boutique Service, Big Impact
Unlike large QC firms with one-size-fits-all systems, we provide flexible, human-centered service tailored to your product type, business model, and goals. Whether you’re a global retailer or an eCommerce entrepreneur, we adapt to your workflow—not the other way around.
Trusted by Global Brands & Modern Sellers
From Fortune 500 brands to fast-scaling Amazon FBA businesses, our clients trust QCADVISOR to deliver hands-on quality control, supplier transparency, and risk reduction—not just paperwork.
Do you work with small businesses, or do you only serve large corporations?
Absolutely. We proudly support small businesses, startups, and solopreneurs—especially in the eCommerce and Amazon FBA space. In fact, a significant portion of our client base consists of SMEs, DTC brands, and independent sellers who rely on our flexible and cost-effective quality control services to grow and protect their businesses.
We understand the unique challenges that smaller companies face—tight timelines, limited batch sizes, evolving products—and we’ve built our service model to adapt accordingly. Whether you’re launching your first product, scaling your private label brand, or sourcing from new suppliers in Asia, QCADVISOR gives you enterprise-level quality control with startup-friendly agility.
We also work with leading corporations and global brands, but our approach is always the same: practical, proactive, and personalized—no matter your size or order volume.
What languages do your inspectors and staff speak?
The local language and English (at least written)
How do you ensure the confidentiality of our information?
At QCADVISOR, protecting your confidential information is a core part of our responsibility. We understand the sensitivity of your designs, technical files, pricing structures, and supplier relationships—and we treat that information with the highest level of care.
Here’s how we ensure confidentiality:
🔒 Strict Internal Protocols
All our team members, including inspectors and coordinators, are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Access to client data is role-based and limited, ensuring only authorized personnel handle sensitive information.
📄 NDAs & Custom Agreements
We are always open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and many of our clients already operate under legally binding confidentiality terms with us. We can also adapt to your company’s specific compliance or legal requirements.
💻 Secure IT Infrastructure
Our internal systems are secured through encrypted cloud storage, controlled access rights, and regular audits. Inspection reports and documents are only shared with approved recipients via secure channels.
🏭 Discreet Factory Visits
When visiting your supplier’s site, our inspectors never disclose the buyer’s identity or project details unless explicitly authorized. We also avoid wearing branded apparel or sharing any client-related information that could compromise discretion.
🤝 Zero Tolerance for Data Sharing
We have a zero-tolerance policy for data leaks, unauthorized file transfers, or use of client information for any purpose other than the assigned service.
Trusted by Brands Who Value Privacy
From cosmetics and electronics to fashion and industrial parts, global brands and eCommerce sellers trust QCADVISOR with their most confidential information—because they know we treat it like our own.
How do you recruit your inspectors?
At QCADVISOR, we take inspector recruitment very seriously—because your product quality depends on who’s on the ground. Our recruitment process combines industry expertise, rigorous vetting, and product-specific selection to ensure that every inspector we work with meets our high standards.
👥 Industry-Backed Network
Our leadership team has over 17 years of experience in the quality control industry, which gives us direct access to a well-established network of high-performing inspectors and auditors across Asia. Many of our hires come through word of mouth, professional reputation, and peer referrals—a highly effective method for filtering out underperformers and identifying reliable professionals.
Background & Track Record Checks
We thoroughly vet each candidate’s work history, reputation, and past performance. Inspectors with unresolved issues or negative records at previous QC firms are flagged early. Our operational team regularly shares feedback on inspector reliability, accuracy, and professionalism.
Product & Standards Expertise
Inspectors are selected based on their hands-on experience in specific product categories—such as apparel, electronics, furniture, eyewear, or mechanical parts—as well as their knowledge of international standards (e.g. AQL, ANSI, EN, ISO). We match them to assignments based on this technical fit.
Practical Evaluation & Onboarding
New inspectors must pass a technical assessment, field evaluation, and training on our internal tools and client-specific requirements. We also continuously monitor inspection quality through report reviews, internal audits, and client feedback.
Continuous Improvement
Our contractor base is reviewed regularly. Underperforming inspectors are re-trained or removed, and top performers are prioritized for complex or high-risk assignments.
Field-Ready, Product-Smart, and Integrity-Driven
Whether inspecting sunglasses in Wenzhou or furniture in Ho Chi Minh, our inspectors are chosen for their expertise, ethics, and consistency—because we know your reputation depends on ours.
Owned by who?
Our Founder and Managing Director is Habib Rkha. he is working in the QC industry for 17 years, with focus in China. He has extensive experience on the ground and with Chinese suppliers but also in other Asian countries (Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, Taiwan).
Do you only cover China?
No. While China is a major focus, QCADVISOR provides quality control coverage across Asia, North Africa, and Southern Europe.
We operate with our own in-house teams in China, Vietnam, and India. This allows us to directly manage inspections, audits, and supplier evaluations in the most active manufacturing regions. In addition to these core areas, we collaborate with trusted long-term partners across:
- South Asia: Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka
- Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar
- East Asia: South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong
Outside of Asia, we also support sourcing and inspections in the following regions:
- Turkey
- North Africa, including Morocco and Tunisia
- Europe, including Portugal, Spain, France, Bulgaria and Greece
This broad regional coverage allows our clients, from fast-growing eCommerce brands to global importers, to expand their sourcing while maintaining consistent quality control. Our methodology, reporting, and communication standards remain aligned across all countries, offering a seamless experience regardless of the location.
Do you do sourcing?
No, QCADVISOR does not provide sourcing services. We believe in maintaining full independence and neutrality, which is essential for delivering objective and reliable quality control.
By not engaging in sourcing or supplier matchmaking, we avoid any potential conflict of interest and stay fully focused on what we do best: third-party inspections, audits, and supplier verification services.
Our clients trust us because we act solely in their interest, with no financial ties to factories or sourcing agents. This independence is at the core of our value and integrity as a quality control partner.
What happen if the goods you inspect, still have problems on arrival?
At QCADVISOR, our primary focus is to help you avoid such problems in the first place through thorough, risk-driven inspections and proactive communication with your suppliers. We design our process to minimize surprises after shipment.
However, if issues do occur and they are clearly linked to an error or oversight on our part, we take full accountability. We are open to discussing a fair compensation that reflects both the actual loss incurred and the level of responsibility we bear in the situation.
Our goal is not just to inspect, but to act as a reliable partner you can trust, even in the rare cases when things go wrong. We handle such situations with transparency, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
How do you manage your inspectors’ integrity? (Bribery issue is common in this industry)
At QCADVISOR, we take inspector integrity and anti-bribery measures extremely seriously, because we know that trust is the foundation of any reliable quality control service.
Here is how we ensure the highest ethical standards across our team:
1. Rigorous Recruitment and Background Checks
We only work with inspectors and engineers who have proven, clean track records. Through our extensive network built over 17+ years in the industry, we are able to identify inspectors with past integrity issues and avoid them from the start.
2. Strong Industry Network
Our leadership team has personally visited and built relationships with over 4,000 factories across China and Asia. This network acts as an informal but powerful filter: inspectors known for dishonest behavior in the industry are quickly flagged and blacklisted.
3. Ongoing Monitoring and Review
We constantly monitor inspector performance, including detailed report reviews, spot checks, and client feedback. If we see any sign of irregularities or inconsistent reporting, immediate internal investigation is launched.
4. Competitive Compensation and Respect
We pay above-industry-standard fees to our inspectors and treat them with respect. This helps attract professionals who are committed, experienced, and less vulnerable to external influence.
5. Senior Engineer Involvement
We rely heavily on senior technical staff and engineers, especially during the preparation phase of the inspection. These experts understand product design, client expectations, and potential risks in depth—reducing the chances of errors or manipulation during field execution.
6. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Any confirmed violation of our integrity standards results in immediate dismissal. We have zero tolerance for bribery, collusion, or any unethical behavior, and this is clearly communicated during onboarding and reinforced in our internal guidelines.
By combining ethical hiring, technical expertise, fair compensation, and strict follow-up, QCADVISOR maintains a strong culture of trust and accountability—protecting your brand and product quality at every step.
Do you have Part-time inspectors?
Yes, we work with a network of carefully selected part-time engineers and product specialists. This is a deliberate choice that allows us to assign the most qualified person for each specific product category rather than relying on full-time inspectors who are expected to cover all types of goods.
Many traditional QC companies assign generalist inspectors to a wide range of products, which often leads to gaps in technical understanding and inconsistent results. At QCADVISOR, we believe in a different model:
Specialization over standardization.
Our part-time inspectors are usually senior engineers or industry professionals who focus on a specific category, such as apparel, electronics, furniture, or mechanical components. They are activated only when their expertise matches your inspection needs, ensuring better judgment, more accurate reporting, and deeper insight during the inspection.
To guarantee consistency and quality across our network, all inspectors—whether full-time or part-time—undergo:
- Technical assessments and onboarding
- Training on our systems and SOPs
- Ongoing performance reviews and report audits
This hybrid model gives you both specialized knowledge and flexible coverage, without compromising on quality or reliability.
What is your standard? You must have a different check list depending on the product type? Can you integrate client's specifications?
Yes, at QCADVISOR we tailor each inspection to the specific product category and client requirements. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all checklists.
Our inspections are based on internationally recognized standards, primarily from European and American regulatory frameworks. For example:
- EN 71 and ASTM F963 for toys
- IEC/EN 60335 and UL/CSA standards for electrical and home appliances
- Industry benchmarks and safety norms for furniture, apparel, eyewear, and more
We maintain a robust library of category-specific checklists, which are continuously updated based on product evolution, market regulations, and our field experience.
Most importantly, we fully integrate client specifications, past quality issues, risk areas, and special requests into each inspection. This allows us to go beyond standard checkpoints and focus on what truly matters to your business and end users.
Every order is reviewed by our coordination team and, when needed, by senior engineers to ensure the checklist reflects both global compliance standards and your specific expectations.
This combination of standardized methodology and tailored execution is what makes our inspections both reliable and relevant.
Do you use Tablet or Smartphones to perform inspections or do you use the old way (Computer, Word Report, PDF).
At QCADVISOR, we combine digital efficiency with practical flexibility to adapt to the needs of each client.
We operate through our own online booking platform, which allows clients to:
- Book inspections and audits directly
- Manage orders and updates in real time
- Receive automated notifications
- Retrieve reports, photos, and documents
- Handle invoicing in a centralized and transparent way
For inspection execution, we are flexible:
- Our inspectors can work using traditional laptop-based tools (Word/PDF) when the format requires it
- We also work with mobile-based inspection apps, such as Qarma, when digital form entry is required or preferred
- If you already have your own internal QC app or system, we can integrate and operate within that environment seamlessly
Looking ahead, we are currently developing our own proprietary mobile inspection and reporting app, which is expected to launch in 2026. This tool is designed to streamline report generation, enhance real-time photo documentation, and increase data consistency across all product categories.
Whether you prefer the structure of classic PDF reports or the convenience of app-based workflows, QCADVISOR can support both—while always focusing on accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Do you have detailed analytics of inspections through suppliers (dashboard, statistics, trends. etc.)
Currently, QCADVISOR provides report-based performance tracking and manual data analysis upon request. While we do not yet offer a fully integrated dashboard with real-time analytics, our operations team can compile custom summaries, trends, and supplier performance insights based on past inspection data.
That said, we are actively developing a new digital platform that will include:
- Supplier performance dashboards
- Product category-level quality trends
- Statistical breakdowns by defect type, factory, region, and time period
- Exportable KPIs for internal reviews and sourcing decisions
This upgraded platform is scheduled for release in mid-2026 and is being designed to give our clients real-time visibility and actionable insights across all their orders.
In the meantime, if you need custom reporting, we are happy to support you with tailored reports and data summaries based on your quality priorities.
