How do we book an inspection or audit with you?
You can book directly through our platform:
Once registered, you can easily create projects and book the services you need — all in one place.
What is a “Project” in your booking system?
A Project is the equivalent of one order with a supplier.
Each project can contain one or multiple services (e.g., FVA, DPI, PSI), making it easier to manage everything related to a specific order in one place.
What are the steps to book a service?
📌 Super simple:
- Create a Project (linked to your supplier/order)
- Book a Service (choose inspection or audit type and date)
- Our team will send you a quote for final approval
- Once approved, we’ll handle the supplier arrangement and confirmation
Can I reuse supplier information for future bookings?
Yes! 🧠 Once a project is created, you don’t need to re-enter the supplier’s info for repeat services. Just choose the same project and book a new service — all previous data is saved.
Can I add colleagues to manage bookings or receive reports?
Absolutely!
- 👤 You can add users to your account to manage or view bookings
- 📧 You can customize email recipients for each service or in account settings to make sure the right people receive notifications and reports
What happens after I book a service?
As soon as the booking is submitted:
- 📩 Our team will send a quotation for your approval
- 🏭 We’ll contact the supplier to confirm the inspection date, factory address, and any special arrangements
We have a dedicated coordination team to handle everything on your behalf.
How quickly will I receive the report after an inspection?
You’ll usually receive the report within a few hours after the inspection, and always on the same day, unless otherwise notified.
Can I check the status of my orders and inspections online?
Yes! You can log into your account at any time to:
- Check order status
- Download past reports
- View upcoming services
